I have been living a healthy vegan lifestyle and coaching others for about 7 years, after finding my love for fitness through bodybuilding years ago.

I have found that finding a connection to the body through exercise, nutrition, and breath, can serve as a gateway to a deeper connection to your mind as well. In other words, exercise and healthy eating will not only help you feel better, but it can also help you find mental clarity, confidence, and expand awareness of your human experience in a positive way.

This discovery has made me extremely passionate about sharing plant based nutrition through a vegan diet, along with physical training, with the world.

My goal with this program is to make it as accessible as possible through an affordable plan, that has a variety of levels for all people, seasoned athletes and beginners, and also includes tools that can help you follow a nutritious vegan meal plan, and also find connection with mindful breath and stillness through meditation. Not only do I hope to help you find rhythm and flow in your body, I hope to show you how strong and capable your body is.
